Registration is free. Deadline for registration is June 30th 2022.
Roster must be submitted to the tournament committee before the first game. No adding or deleting after the first game. Maximum roster size is 4 per team. Players can only play on one team during the tournament.
Participants must submit valid I.D. in order to participate in the basketball tournament. Identification can consist of the following.

Waiver of Liability
On behalf of my participant listed below: We know that participating in a basketball tournament is potentially a hazardous activity. We should not enter and participate unless we are medically able and properly trained. We agree to abide by any decision of a basketball tournament official relative to our ability to safely complete our event(s). We assume all the risks associated with participating in this basketball tournament including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, all such risks being known and appreciated by us. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting our entry, I, for myself and on behalf of the participant(s) listed above, and anyone entitled to act on our behalf, waive and release the Unity Unlimited Inc., JuneteenthFTW and Hoopteenth Classic and their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from our participation in this basketball tournament.
